n 2004 our real estate consultancy arm advised one of the leading Japanese investment banks throughout the sales transaction for the prestigious office and business centre at "88 Wood Street" in the financial district of London - designed by architect Richard Rogers and winner of several international architectural awards - and closed the deal for a German property investment company.

Against the backdrop of major acquisitions on the French property market we also advised a long-standing client from the private equity sector on the purchase of the Neuilly office centre in Paris - head office of the international accountancy firm Ernst & Young - and closed the deal in this real estate transaction.

 

Following extensive alterations to include an integrated modern underground parking lot, and sympathetically maintaining the classical natural stone façade, the prestigious and palatial "Boulevard Haussmann" office building in a particularly sought-after location in central Paris was sold to an international group of investors by our real estate consultancy arm. This property is the headquarters of the French food group Danone.
Waldhotel Degerloch Given our expertise in real estate consultancy for institutional investors and private investors we were commissioned to conduct an extensive business/cost-benefit analysis and instructed with the sale of the “Waldhotel Degerloch”.
This prime piece of real estate is set in over one hectare of gardens and parkland in a highly sought-after and prominent location with first-class transport connections to the new exhibition centre, Stuttgart-Echterdingen airport and Stuttgart city centre. 
At the end of 2007 we sold the property to a private investor who, on the basis of the ideas proposed for the development of the site, has plans for sweeping renovations and extensions to this hotel which is known well beyond Stuttgart.

Our group of companies has a successful track record spanning several decades on the Spanish property market in hotel and tourism investment projects and in blue-chip office developments and logistics buildings.

We have produced a number of blueprints for such development projects for prime office buildings and logistics centres clustered around the dynamic hotspots of Madrid and Barcelona and sold them to institutional investors.

We have carried out a number of office development and business park projects in the south of Germany with its strong financial base and in the city of Stuttgart in particular - including extensive boundary realignments and drawing up master plans for transforming the former industrial area of Stuttgart-Vaihingen into a modern, multifunctional commercial centre with a blue-chip office and business centre.

Seniorenresidenz Schwanen In view of the current high demand for real estate in the social and nursing home sector with long-term leases, we carried out the investment analysis for one of our long-standing private clients. We commissioned the sale and the transaction of the senior residence „Schwanen“ in Ditzingen, Germany, in according to the tax and financial requirement profiles of both buyer as well as the owner.
Waiblingen B-Plan For many decades, we have also been involved in the drafting of development plans for plots of land in the outskirts of cities and municipalities as well as the planning conception and new development of gardening grounds.
To this end, we have developed a large number of such sites, which previously had been designated as agricultural areas. The development of new residential property has been realized in accordance with the latest standards of environmental protection and urban development guidelines.
Weil im Schönbuch The city of Weil im Schönbuch will develop an urban lot on the main street. Our company has been awarded the contract for the new building on the basis of a planning concept, which we have submitted in an investor competition (see also press release from the 5.5.2011).
According to our planning concept, retail space for the local supply of approx. 2,000 sqm has been realized, and in addition to the integration of the adjacent green areas, an additional 10 apartments were created.
The project was acquired through a private asset management and is completed.
koenigs_wusterhausen.jpg Königs Wusterhausen is an interesting business location and important junction in the southeast of Berlin, with very good connections to the public transport of Berlin. The opening of the new Capital Airport and the related infrastructure measures have resulted in an additional highly dynamic economy in this area with a corresponding potential for growth and increasing value.
As part of our Real Estate Consulting we have been given the mandate for a project development and the sale of a very large building site in the sought-after inner-city location of Königs Wusterhausen. Our planning concepts offered interesting opportunities for the construction of modern and valuable residential properties.


Brandenburg Within the scope of a comprehensive consultancy and exclusive sales agreement  with an international investment group we could complete the transaction for the acquisition of an especially extensive property with approx. 20 hectares in prime location and in the east city limits of Berlin with direct access to the new airport of Berlin.
Our project development comprises a new urban construction for more than 125.000 sqm total floor area of modern and family-oriented housing, retail properties and centrally located logistic centres.
Isny International real estate investors and especially wealthy private customers are increasingly focusing on the acquisition of high quality and easily marketable residential properties for capital investments and in order to ensure a long-term and inflation-linked return.
In view of this strong demand we successfully completed the transaction for the sale of a residential portfolio with 280 apartments in the Alpine foothills at the beginning of 2023.
With our project development work in the tourist sector we can offer investors extensive investment and shareholding opportunities in infrastructure projects of this kind with long-term guaranteed rates of yield and an attractive return on investment.
Our extensive investment in the hotel and tourism industry prompted the design
and turnkey construction of the well-known "Playa Real" hotel complex on the island resort of Ibiza back in 1974. This hotel
investment was entirely financed by private partnership drawing on high tax concessions under foreign aid tax legislation.

The buoyant hotel and tourism market in the Mediterranean region is currently characterised by a high demand for investment and shareholding opportunities in this market segment - especially from international investment companies, private investors from the Arabian countries and Eastern Europe, and from private equity companies. Another key focus is investments in relevant infrastructure projects in the tourism sector, such as building and operating recreational harbours and marinas.
