In 2004 our real estate consultancy arm advised one of the leading Japanese investment banks throughout the sales transaction for the prestigious office and business centre at "88 Wood Street" in the financial district of London - designed by architect Richard Rogers and winner of several international architectural awards - and closed the deal for a German property investment company.

 

     
     
 

Against the backdrop of major acquisitions on the French property market we also advised a long-standing client from the private equity sector on the purchase of the Neuilly office centre in Paris - head office of the international accountancy firm Ernst & Young - and closed the deal in this real estate transaction.

 

     
     
 

Following extensive alterations to include an integrated modern underground parking lot, and sympathetically maintaining the classical natural stone façade, the prestigious and palatial "Boulevard Haussmann" office building in a particularly sought-after location in central Paris was sold to an international group of investors by our real estate consultancy arm. This property is the headquarters of the French food group Danone.

     

   
Waldhotel Degerloch
Given our expertise in real estate consultancy for institutional investors and private investors we were commissioned to conduct an extensive business/cost-benefit analysis and instructed with the sale of the “Waldhotel Degerloch”.
This prime piece of real estate is set in over one hectare of gardens and parkland in a highly sought-after and prominent location with first-class transport connections to the new exhibition centre, Stuttgart-Echterdingen airport and Stuttgart city centre. 
At the end of 2007 we sold the property to a private investor who, on the basis of the ideas proposed for the development of the site, has plans for sweeping renovations and extensions to this hotel which is known well beyond Stuttgart.
 

Our group of companies has a successful track record spanning several decades on the Spanish property market in hotel and tourism investment projects and in blue-chip office developments and logistics buildings.
